What is TAB

TAB is the Teen Advisory Board of Pride St. Charles. Once a month, a group of teens gather to advise Pride St. Charles to ensure that the needs of the teen population are met. The teens will plan and coordinate one community event a year, with assistance of the TAB coordinators, to help build skills that will help members in their future endeavors. TAB is available to people of all genders, sexualities, and identities.

To connect with the youth population in our area, empower them to create positive change in our community, and help create events and resources that help the youth in our area.

Job Description for Members


  • Attend monthly meetings as well as putting in time to work between meetings

  • Plan community events

  • Provide feedback and insight to PSC on events and resources

  • Assist Pride St. Charles Advisory Board

  • Work a shift at the Pride St. Charles festival in the tie dye booth on June 16th, 2018

  • The application us open January 7- February 4, 2018.

  • You will be contacted by Feb 11th to set up a small interview with the TAB leaders.

  • If you are accepted to be part of the board, you will be contacted by February 24th.

  • The first TAB meeting will be on March 4th, 2018.
